About seven photos. Phone photos taken in daylight beat professional ones taken in the dark. We tell you exactly what to shoot when you get there.

The size in square feet. It is printed on your title deed. If yours is in square metres, multiply by 10.76.

A price. Your best guess is enough — you can change it at any time once the advert is live.
